Wednesday Evenings - 7:00 p.m.
We begin promptly at 7:00pm. Please arrive before 7 pm.

· Wear loose, comfortable clothing
· Beginners Introduction to Zen provided as needed
· Meditation cushions provided
· It is acceptable to sit on a chair (chairs provided)
· Chanting Sutras (Instruction provided)
· Sitting meditation and walking meditation
· Full Buddhist altar and optional robes for members
· Free! Everyone is welcome anytime!
